She wrote a third Time Travel book recently, right? Or am I imagining that?

You're right; Blackout came out this past winter, and All-Clear is really the second part of Blackout. It was supposed to be one book but it got too big, apparently. (I think it probably could have been edited down, but as I like nearly all of the same things Connie Willis likes in terms of history nerd-dom, I don't mind. Except for the waiting. That I mind!)
