Thanks, and a few book thoughts

Thanks, everyone who gave me nail care advice last month. Moisturizing, drinking oodles of milk, and using supertough clear nail polish seem to be helping a lot. I may just need to find a daily-wear thimble for my left thumb, though, because the second the last split grew out enough that I could stop wearing a band-aid, a new split started.

Yesterday I finished reading Sunshine by Robin McKinley. ( Cut for spoilers )
