freezer breakdown

My freezer seems dysfunctional. Nothing in it is frozen. Am finding it necessary to consume an entire pint of Ben & Jerry's Chubby Hubby in order to save it. And I was having such a Good Food day... tea and cereal for breakfast, pita bread and roasted red pepper hummus for lunch... now hot dogs and soft-serve Ben & Jerry's for very late dinner. Marvelous.
