I've been very spoiled by having my gf here both last weekend and this weekend. And the weather has been nice both times, not that that's prevented things like watching eighteen hours of Angel season 2 in three days. As I said to J-at-work: I mainline Buffy. It's a thing.
Last night I took her out to the new(ish) nice Italian place near campus. My grandfather sent me $40 for my birthday, so I got the new Lemony Snicket and took my girl out. It was so much fun to take her on a proper date, and to tell her 'get whatever you want.' There would have been trouble if she'd gone for filet mignon, but we ended up with calzone and pizza (and drinks and tiramisu) and yummm.
Having her here for two weekends running doesn't make goodbye any easier, though. Sigh.
