GOOD
- did practice question this morning.
- it went much better than last week.
- mailed books sold on half.com
- will get money (one day)
- got rebate check from long-ago puchase
- got money now! yay!
- did dishes
- did dishes yesterday as well, so only had one day's worth and the big pot that wouldn't fit in the drying rack last night
- wrote one book review
- discovered and corrected minor error in the Cadet Nurse paper
- printed out clean copy of same
- GIP!

NOT GOOD
- my Jiffy corn muffin mix is so old that it makes foul-tasting muffins
- I discovered this the last time I tried to make Jiffy corn bread, but thinking it was a fluke, tried again.
- I could have used the egg I used for the Jiffy Corn Bread of Questionable Edibility for making cookies
- my egg-cheese-veg sausage-green pepper concoction is far less tasty than it was the last time I made it, perhaps due to faulty proportions of ingredients and using "light" cheese, which seems to have some melting issues. As in, it doesn't, really. Melt.
- I still have two book reviews to do today
- And must work on the Health Guide Paper.

light/lite cheese is radioactive.
2% fat cheese behaves in a farily normal way though.

I thought I'd gotten the 2%... but clearly I was not paying enough attention in the store. *sigh*

It works fine with crackers, though... so I guess I'll save it for that, and get some proper cheese-for-other-purposes at the coop.
