The other night, while trawling YouTube for song vids, I found one about Giles and Wesley as Watchers to a Huey Lewis and the News song called "Hip to Be Square." Upon watching the vid, I discovered that I sort of knew the song from childhood, except that I thought the refrain was "Hit The 'B' Square."

I have a pedestrian history of mondegreens; my best one in recent memory is hearing "bright abode" as "bride of blue" in Crooked Still's rendition of "Ecstasy." (I figured it must be wrong since the line is "and I praise God in his __ _ _" though I had partially corrected it to "and I praise God AND his bride of blue," not that that helped much.)
