I'm having a weird, weird mood day. If I were home I'd go into some kind of hibernation this evening, possibly with wine and most likely with Robertson Davies, but I'm at my aunt and uncle's in DC, and will need to socialize with them this evening. I was expecting to have some quiet time between my return from a long walk with my college roommate and the family's return from a camping overnight, but when I got in they were already fully in residence. At least they're busy enough, and at tasks my help would only complicate, that I can retreat to the study.

Of course, reading all the hurricane news I hadn't gotten due to not touching newspaper or internet for twenty-four hours is not improving matters.

Stephanie Romanov (in my icon) is pretty, though. And there might be beer later. And tomorrow, I expect, I will feel less... whatever... than I do now.
