(no subject)

Today I am in a much better mood than yesterday.

- I am wearing my yummy shirt. (It's midnight-blue velour, very soft and extremely comfortable.)
- I am getting some nice measureable things accomplished at work.
- I have tea in my nifty blue insulated mug.
- It is Friday and I had pizza for lunch.
- It is Friday and there is Badger Dinner and shabbos candles.
- It is Friday and the work week is (soon to be) over.
- I found out that the Episcopal cathedral has Morning Prayer on Sundays at 9:30 so this Sunday I can go there and still make 11:00 am worship at Calvary Methodist. If I, uh, get to bed in a semi-timely way on Saturday night.

To do this weekend, in descending order of urgency:

- pay bills
- take care of overdue correspondence
- do a serious cleaning-of-the-kitchen
- make schedule for Cleaning The Place For Book Club In Easy Stages Over Four Days and do the appointed tasks for the first two days
- food-shopping and menu-planning. Actually, maybe that should be reversed... menu first, then shopping. That might work better.
- some cooking
- laundry?
- yarn shopping?
- shoe shopping?
- haircut?
- further indoctrinating people into Firefly?
