End of the Day
At the door of what I've started to call the flat I take off my workboots and put them next to Giles' trainers. Sneakers. Between him and the guys at the site, I'm talking more like Harry Potter every day. When we call Cleveland it makes Willow laugh.
"Honey, I'm home!" I call. She'd laugh at that, too, until she realized that it's stopped being a joke. Then she'd smile, like she did when I told her I was going to London with him.
"Have some tea," Giles says, but his smile tells me I'll be getting a kiss first.
