1. What is your favorite type of literature to read (magazine, newspaper, novels, nonfiction, poetry, etc.)?
Fiction: Novels, then short stories. Then essays.

2. What is your favorite novel?
Oy. On the basis of most rereadings, I'll say Gaudy Night, Other Women's Children, and Fifth Business.

3. Do you have a favorite poem? (Share it!)
Oy. At the moment I like Childhood Is The Kingdom Where Nobody Dies by Edna St. Vincent Millay - except for the stanza that begins "And if you have said..." because it's so precious.


4. What is one thing you've always wanted to read, or wish you had more time to read?
Middlemarch by George Eliot. Also Pnin by Nabokov

5. What are you currently reading?
Tipping the Velvet by Sarah Walters
Uneven Developments by Mary Poovey
